Quality and Compliance

Based on strictly quality control system, all goods before shipment will be inspected under a process of incoming quality control. Each shipment comes with one year warranty. Visual inspection
Visual test on parts: includes QTY, inner packing, MSL, Bar code verification, date code, batch number, manufacturer number, MFG packing, and suitable external packing, etc. Use high power microscope to verify: chip typing, date code, country of origin and pin condition, whether there is whether re-marked &re-grinding marks, unknown residue, manufacturers logo position
X-Ray
X-Ray test is a real-time non-destructive analysis to check the hardware components inside the component, mainly checking the chip's lead frame, wafer size, gold wire bonding diagram, ESD damage and holes. Customers can provide usable samples or previous purchases of remaining products for comparative inspection.
Electrical Test
According to the device pins and related instructions specified by the manufacturer in datasheet, use the semiconductor tube characteristic diagram to check whether the chip is damaged by open circuit or short circuit test.
Decapsulation
Use the instrument to corrode the package on the surface of the chip, check whether there is a wafer inside, the size of the wafer, the manufacturer's logo, the copyright year, and the wafer code to determine the authenticity of the chip
Solderability Test
The test standard for solderability test isJ-STD-002B，This test mainly tests whether the soldering ability of the chip pins is up to standard.
Programming test
We use programming equipment that supports the detection of 47,000 IC models from 208 IC manufacturers. Includes: EPROM, parallel and serial EEPROM, FPGA, configuration serial PROM, flash memory, BPROM, NOVRAM, SPLD, CPLD, EPLD, microcontroller, MCU and standard logic device detection
