Anti-Counterfeit Testing

Visual Inspection

All parts from non-authorized channel will be strictly checked visual under microscope before shipment. Our QC will check the making of the chip, date code, country of origin, coating, conditions of pins and logo to make sure it’s new and unused.

X-Ray Test

We conduct X-Ray test for those suspicious and hard to find parts base on AS6081 test standard to make sure inside structures are original from manufacturer.

Solderability Test

Base on welding testing standard, this test mainly detects whether the tin capacity of the pins reached the standard or not.

Decapsulation test

Use the instrument to corrode the package on the surface of the chip, check whether there is a wafer inside, the size of the wafer, the manufacturer's logo, the copyright year, and the wafer code to determine the authenticity of the chip.
